TEKBOX development was confronted with the need to perform EMC pre-tests (pre-compliance) in-house. The EMC test equipment, which was originally developed for use in the company’s own laboratory, served this purpose well. For this reason, industrial production was started. The positive response from TEKBOX customers was the reason to establish a business unit focused on the development and production of cost-effective EMC test equipment and software for pre-compliance. Expect a continuous expansion of this product range!

TBAS1 RF Attenuator Set

The TBAS1 RF attenuator set consists of a 3dB, 6dB, 10dB and 20dB attenuator in a beech wood box.

TBST120/60/2 Shielded Tent

The TBST-120/60/2 is a shielded tent designed to suppress interference from ambient noise during EMC pre-compliance measurements. Measuring 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm, it can accommodate all Tekbox pre-compliance test equipment such as LISNs or TEM cells.

TBL0550-1 5uH 50A 

The TBL0550-1 5µH LISN is a device required for setting up measurements of conducted noise of electronic equipment operated with direct current. It is designed for measurements in the frequency range from 150kHz to 110 MHz in accordance with CISPR 16-1-2, CISPR-25, EN55025, MIL-STD-461F, ISO11452-4 and with DO-160/ED-14G and ISO 7637-2 restrictions.

TBHDR1 High Dynamic Range RF Pre-Amplifier

The TBHDR1 is a high dynamic range amplifier with a frequency range from 30kHz to 1.5GHz. Its gain is characterized up to 6GHz. The TBHDR1 has a high IP3 rating and low noise figure, making it an ideal preamplifier alternative for spectrum analyzers and receivers in EMC test applications. Its low noise figure, high IP3 and gain into the kHz range also make it well suited as an amplifier for active loop antennas.

5uH Line Impedance Stabilisation Network LISN – CISPR 25The TBOH01 5µH LISN is an instrument required for setting up measurements of the conducted noise of DC powered equipment. It is intended for EMC pre-tests in the frequency range from 150kHz to 110 MHz.

TEKBOX EMC Near Field Probes / 40dB Amp

TEKBOX EMC Accessories – Active Load TBOH02 Self-powered active load Overview The TBOH02 is a self-powered, active precision load. It does not require a separate supply voltage and operates from 2V.

TBCP1-200 RF Current Monitoring Probe

The TBCP1-200 is a fixed aperture RF current monitoring probe that expands Tekbox’s line of affordable EMC pre-compliance test equipment. The probe has a 3dB bandwidth of approximately 200 MHz and is characterized and applicable over the frequency range of 10kHz to 250 MHz. The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 25 mm. Its transmission impedance is > 14 dB ohms in the range from 100 kHz to 200 MHz.

TBMDA1

The TBMDA1 modulated broadband driver amplifier is designed to provide a low-cost signal source for immunity testing of electronic assemblies and products. It is designed to be driven by the tracking generator output of spectrum analyzers. With its 22dB gain and 1dB compression point of +22dBm, it can increase the output power of a tracking generator up to 150mW.

TBMDA2 Modulated Wideband Driver Amplifier

The TBMDA2 modulated broadband driver amplifier is designed to provide a low-cost signal source for immunity testing of electronic assemblies and products. It is designed to be driven by the tracking generator output of spectrum analyzers. With its 1dB compression point of +27dBm, it can increase the output power of a tracking generator up to 500mW.

The TBMDA3 modulated broadband power amplifier is designed to provide a low-cost signal source for immunity testing of electronic assemblies and products. It is designed to be driven by the tracking generator output of spectrum analyzers.

TBFL1 Transient Limiter

The TBFL1 is a combined transient limiter/attenuator/high-pass filter that provides optimum protection for the inputs of spectrum analyzers or test receivers when making conducted noise measurements or other measurements where input levels cannot be predicted with certainty or where accidental overloads may occur.
